ABSTRACT AS PART OF SCANDEM 2019: ORAL PRESENTATION AND POSTER

Submit an abstract

All abstracts should be submitted online in English language and should not exceed 350 words (excluding authors and affiliations).

All submissions must be made electronically via the submission system! (See below)

The abstract should clarify the objectives of the study, theories and methods used, results obtained, and conclusions to be drawn. If subheadings are used in your abstract text.

It is your responsibility to submit a correct text. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as submitted. Please, spell-check all texts before entering them into the submission system.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Final program, on condition that the presenting authors have registered and paid the registration fee no later than 1st May 2019.

Only accepted abstracts and fully paid registration will be printed in the conference program!

Reviewing and selection process

All abstracts submitted will go through a peer-review process. If your oral presentation is accepted, the final decision will be carried out by the conference Scientific Committee.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject low quality abstracts, as well as those not pertinent to the themes of the conference.

All presenting authors for oral and poster presentations will be notified by email.

 

Oral presentation

All talks selected from abstracts will be 15 minutes. Plan to speak no longer than 12 minutes to allow time for a few questions. Refer to the final program for the time slot of your talk.

Poster presentation

Abstracts selected for poster presentation will be displayed during the poster sessions. (conference program)

Please note that the posters size should not exceed 1 meter (3.3 feet) high by 0.70 meter (2.4 feet) wide.

We recommend that authors pre-register early for the conference before submitting. The payment can be done as soon as the abstract has been accepted.
